Flavours of nature from garden to journal

Artist and environmental Educator Bethan Burton GIVEs A WORKSHOP
exploring the sense of taste in our nature journals:

Eating and enjoying food is a big part of every day! In this workshop we are going to capture this experience in our nature journals by exploring descriptive language, metaphor and personal associations, taking time to notice, savour and capture the rich flavours of nature on the pages of our journals.

I will be nature journaling the difference in flavour between an apple and an orange. Bring along something edible from your garden or refrigerator, as well as your favourite nature journaling tools!
